Who We Are
We are family owned and operated! What does that mean? It means that the owners (Tom and Jodi Tyler) are involved in every project from start to finish, which includes being on every jobsite working. If you have any changes or questions during the construction process, we are able to take care of them immediately.
Experience?
We have installed well over 100,000 sq.ft. of pavers since 1998.
Commercial installations include:
- Hilton Garden Inn in Allentown, Pennsylvania - three patios & a drive-thru entrance;
- Freedom Park, Leesburg, Virginia - a large 8,000
sq.ft. plaza shaped like a baseball diamond around a concession
stand;
- Gateway Ministries, Williamsport, Maryland - a 6,000
sf. installation of the Cambridge tulip paver sidewalks & drive-thru.
We dedicate ourselves, however, to installing custom patios, walkways, paver pool decks,
outdoor kitchens, firepits, fireplaces, and driveways for residential customers. We treat each project
as a work of art to compliment the homeowner's tastes and desires
for their special landscape. Every job is unique creation.

Trained Professionals
As an ICPI
(Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute) certified installer, you
can rely on us to do an excellent and accurate installation. We are
well-trained in the correct installation of interlocking concrete
pavers according to guidelines set forth by paver manufacturers and
ICPI. Utilizing the latest tools and techniques, we make laying
pavers look fun and easy. In addition to carrying the ICPI certification,
our employees attend yearly re-certification seminars sponsored by
EP Henry, Cambridge Pavingstones, Nicolock, and Techo-Bloc. We believe that continuing our
education in this industry on a regular basis keeps us abreast of
the latest materials, designs, and installation procedures. Because
of our increasing knowledge and training, we can offer our customers
the best design for their backyard paradise.
We are easily able to incorporate landscaping and water features into any hardscape project.
Warranty
We offer a three-year installation warranty covering our workmanship. We believe that if your new pavement system is going to fail, it will fail within the first "freeze and thaw" season here in the mid-Atlantic. However, because we spend the appropriate amount of time on stone base installation and compaction, we will guarantee our workmanship for a three-year period. That's three seasons of "freeze and thaw!"
Paver Estimates
We recognize that every hardscape project is unique. However, in
order to serve you more quickly and efficiently, we would be happy to provide you
with a free estimate based on information
that you provide us by phone, fax, or email. When you give us a
simple drawing, digital photo, or just the square footage of the
project, we can give you a base price for your project. Then you
will know immediately if this is something that is within your budget,
and you are ready to proceed to the next step: The In-Home Consultation.
The cost of the in-home consultation is $65. When you sign a contract
with us, this fee is deducted from that contract. During this appointment,
we will layout the project on the ground with marking paint, take
measurements, determine any hindrances to construction (fences,
slopes, jobsite access), go over the paver product and colors, and show
you our portfolio of completed work. Shortly after the appointment,
you will receive our written job proposal (contract), itemized estimate,
and drawing (if applicable).
