and installation since 1995. Our many professional services include
complete design and installation of your landscaping, paver walkways,
patios, and driveways, retaining walls, garden walls, firepits, and water gardens including
streams and waterfalls.
Landscape Design Fees & Estimates
Consultation for the Do-It-Yourselfer
For the do-it-yourselfer who enjoys getting their hands dirty,
we offer consultation services. A Kingdom Landscaping Professional
can meet with you for a 1-hour consultation to go over your existing
landscape plan and possible solutions you--the homeowner--can incorporate
on your own. This does not include providing any type of written
landscape plan. This is a verbal meeting only. The landscaper can
discuss and suggest different planting solutions, soil ammendments,
etc. The hourly fee is $65.
Landscape Plan
A Kingdom Landscaping Designer will meet with you at your home
to discuss your landscaping needs. The fee to develop your plan
will be based on the size and scope of the area involved. The designer
will determine this fee at the initial visit with you. Fees begin
at $100 and can go up to $500. The landscape plan will be computer
generated with dimensions and plant layout including a plant legend.
There is a $65 in-home consultation fee that is due at the time of the appointment.
Landscape Plan and Free Installation Estimate
For the serious customer, Kingdom Landscaping will be happy to
provide a complete landscape plan (as detailed above) including
an itemized estimate for free if you hire us to do the work. We
offer our wholesale discount for many of the plants used in the
plan if we do the installation. In addition, the computer-generated
landscape plan will be free when you sign a contract. If you decide
not to sign a contract, there will be a fee charged for the landscape
plan.
We suggest that you determine your budget for the project ahead
of time so the designer can determine the size and type of plants
to utilize in your project. The price range for landscape installations
(no hardscaping) usually starts at $1,500 and can go beyond $10,000
depending on the scope of the project. A front foundation and front
yard design with high-quality plant choices (3 gal. shrubs; 2" cal.
trees) usually averages between $2,500 and $4,000.
Organic Mulch
Kingdom Landscaping uses organic double-shredded mulch dyed in black or brown in all of their landscaping projects. Pickup and delivery is available from a small 3-cubic yard pickup
load to a full 65-cubic yard tractor trailer load.
