In 1995, Tom and Jodi Tyler founded Kingdom Landscaping as a family-owned-and-operated
business specializing in landscape and hardscape design and installation. Their five
children are actively involved in the business. Both Matthew (17) and Marissa (16) work on the construction crew with their mother and father. Moriah (10), Michael (8), and Miranda (8) are always eager
to lend a helping hand.

Tom and Jodi Tyler personally oversee every jobsite and are actively involved in the
estimating, design, and installation process.

Kingdom Landscaping has recently started a new division called “PaverKing,” which
specializes in paver installation. PaverKing is the area’s largest installer of
Cambridge pavingstones. As of July 2004, Tom Tyler was the only ICPI Certified Contractor
in Washington County, MD. PaverKing has installed over 100,000 sq.ft. of pavingstones.
This includes both residential and commercial projects. Commercially, work has included
2500 sf of pavers at the Hilton Garden Inn in Allentown, Pennsylvania, in 2001; 8,000 sf
of pavers were installed around a concession stand at Freedom Park in Leesburg, Virginia,
in 2002; 6,000 sf of tulip pavers were installed at Gateway Ministries in Williamsport,
Maryland, in 2004. Residentially, our crew installs pavers every week throughout the
four-state region.
